When you look at Alzahraa’s artworks you take the impression of them being traditional paintings. With little details that show the flow of paint and the texture, you can’t guess otherwise. Alzahraa Sulaiman, a budding artist from United Arab Emirates with excellent skills in emulating paintings digitally.
Born on the 26th of January of 1984, she stated that by the age of 10 she has already won 2 awards for her artworks. She attended the College of Fine Arts in Sharjah then transferred to graduate freshly this year from the American University of Dubai with a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design. During her first year in university, Al Zahraa won an award for designing the corporate identity of Sharjah Heritage Days Festival.

Al Zahraa had 5 painting and mixed media exhibitions before graduating from university, she has also experimented Digital contemporary and Classical B&W in photography. With such experimenting, Al Zahraa was able to get enough exposure to be featured in the George Washingston Review as well as nabbing the monthly award of Soura Magazine, as photographer of the month. Al Zahraa’s latest would be her “Colors of Time” exhibition where she displayed her pseudo-painting works.
